Chapter Eight: Everyone's a Creeper

Last time Gee got engaged! And Mikey made a new friend.
In case you forgot:

I just love that first picture.

This is Sameh Goss. I imagine his name is pronounced "SamAYYYY!"

As in "Sam-- AYYYY, lookit those eyes!"
He's also a punk gangsta, so there's that. This should be interesting.

Mikey takes care of Gee's garden as soon as he gets home. He gets wishes here and there to water the plants and garden, even without gardening skill. He likes helping his brother! Sameh is inside scowling at everything.

He comes outside and interrupts Mikey's gardening to complain about the world. I feel ya, Sammy, I really do.

Mikey tries to reciprocate with some of his theories about lampshade missiles, but Sameh is having none of it.

He decides to complain about the dirty dish behind him instead, which is a bad idea when it comes to Mikey.

This is the start of a beautiful friendship.

By the way, this is Sameh's house. Nice networking, Mikey! First criminals and then the new fashionable rich family. He's obviously keeping his childhood thoughts of money and success at the forefront of his mind.

I send Gee to turn in some of his pretties for some much-needed funds and what's the first thing he does after?

Ooooof course.

With some of the funds, I make them a little dinner table, fittingly shabby-looking and uncoordinated as all get-out. Maybe now they'll actually spend some time together.

Gee's garden is coming along nicely, don't you think?

Look who I found waiting outside the house the next morning?

Never mind.
Mikey's not fooled like I was.
Mikey: *gripping seat in terror*
Agent P Impostor:  Hello... *BRRRRZZZZT* Mikey...

ANYWAY... Gee has had this wish for a new computer for a while, but we just can't build up enough money for an actual better one. So I just sold their existing one and bought the same kind so we wouldn't spend too much. Hey, it's still new!

Later, Mikey desperately pleads with his carpool to not take him to work. She just sits in stoic NPC fashion and his cries bounce off robotic ears.

Gee's still at it with his inappropriate forum posts. It's his favourite morning activity when he doesn't have any needs in the red. I forget if this was before or after I bought them the new computer.

Cherry thankfully soon calls up Gee to invite him over to her house. She and her roommates are waiting expectantly. Uh-oh, Gee. Creeper alert.

The first thing he does is gush about their wedding. Awww. It may or may not happen soon. Neither seem to be in any rush even though Gee's Lifetime Wish kinda revolves around Cherry being able to pop out 5 kids. (Won't that be fun?)

They're so lovestruck.

He goes to follow her up the stairs and suddenly gets this look. đŸ˜³ What's that about?

Oh. Probably because he has to go to work. He's taken to the dashing hero look nicely. I love both these pictures.

Mikey usually gets home the same time as Gee's leaving, then in an hour has to go to his own job until nightfall. Usually after he gets home either time he waters Gee's garden. Keep his daily responsibility in mind for this next little ride.

Right around the time of curfew, Mikey decides he wants to go to the local swimming pool. Why? I have no idea.

Especially since he spends his first hour there practicing his grumpy and cowardly faces...

...then stares out a window for the next hour, until...

Dun Dun DUUUUUH!
Mikey: B-b-but I read BOOKS! I'm an educated delinquent!

Officer Reggie: Oh you poor thing...

He lets him ride in the front out of pity.

At home, Gee just knows.
Gee: *Roger Murtaugh voice* I'm getting too old for this...

So I know this installment wasn't too spectacular, but I'm going to end it here right as it's getting to some good parts so the next one will be exciting. Until then!
